Office Manager " In Memoriam"

Dawn recently joined our practice as office manager. She is a graduate of Holyoke Community College with an Associate degree in Business. She has previously been the manager of the customer service department at Serv-U hardware store. Dawn enjoys kayaking and fishing. She brings with her a friendly smile and a willingness to help patients achieve their dental goals Dawn passed away unexpectedly in 2018. Dawn will always be a part of Westfield Dental --- missed and never forgotten.

Serena , CDA, RDA

Certified Dental Assistant/ Registered Dental Hygienist

Serena has 21 years' experience as a dental assistant, the last 11 years as part of Dr. Martone’s team. She holds a radiology certificate from Springfield Technical Community College. Serena has recently passed her CDA and is now a Certified Dental Assistant. She has recently graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at STCC and has taken on her new role as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Serena’s extensive knowledge and experience in the dental field attests to her dedication. She has a friendly personality and puts patients at ease.

Serena has completed the requirements and is certified in both implant dental assisting and implant dental hygiene by the ADIA, the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries.

Lindsey , RDA

Registered Dental Assistant

Lindsey is one of the youngest members of our team. She joined us after high school and has been with us for 14 years.  Lindsey has passed the American Dental Association’s exam on basic dental assisting, and she is radiology certified.  Lindsey has passed the certifying exam for infection control and is certified in basic life support.  She is a member of the American Dental Assistant's Association. Lindsey is friendly and enthusiastic, and she assists in patient care with a smile and compassion for each individual. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her cat, Tigger.

Lindsey has recently completed training in implant dental assisting and is certified by the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries.
